• Scope Changes: Any additional requests or feature scope changes outside the original quotation during development may be subject to re-evaluation of timeline and additional service fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Website Content: All text, logos, graphics, visual interfaces, and source code on this site are the intellectual property of Constant Flow and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
• Project Deliverables: Ownership or usage rights to custom web designs and code deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all contracted fees according to project terms.
• Client Materials: Clients must ensure that all copy, images, and media provided to us do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Client Obligations
